RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At DERMA CLEAR ADVANCED SKIN & LASER CLINIC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make on our website. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange a product. To facilitate this process, we have outlined our Returns and Exchange Policy below.


Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed:


We allow returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:

- The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
- The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
- You do not want the product which was delivered to you.
- The product has the incorrect size or specifications.

Initiating a Return and/or Exchange:

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, you must do so within ten days of receiving the product. To do this, please send an email to orders@dermaclear.co.za stating the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. If you would like the product to be collected, please provide the address from where the product needs to be collected.

Choices you have upon Returning the Product:

When a product is returned to us, you can choose to have the amount refunded to you or have the product replaced/exchanged.

Condition of the Product Returned:

The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You must package and wrap the product correctly and safely before returning it to us.

Manner of Return:

If a product was delivered to you, we will send a courier to your address to collect the product. However, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Product Inspection:

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the product does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Items not eligible for a refund:

- Gift Cards
- Bonus Gift Cards received with the purchase of any promotional Gift cards.
- Free products offered as a part of a promotional bundle.
